Keren is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Pittsburgh (formerly International Culinary Academy) where she earned her Associates Degree in Pastry Arts. After graduation Keren interned at Soergel Orchards, a local family-owned business. While there she learned a great deal about the inner workings of a small business and eventually was promoted to bakery manager.
Since then Keren has worked for various leaders in the printing industry, holding positions of management in both administrative and purchasing departments. While working full time and raising a family Keren returned to her passion of baking and began a small home business selling wedding cakes, cupcakes and cookies to friends and acquaintances.
